Fire a beam that deals 25 damage and plants a Gemini Beacon on the target.
You would think that a laser would be just about the fastest way to send an entangled particle through space, but the average speed of anchor space in the inner rings is about 300 billion times faster than the speed of light. The further you move from the Prime Axis at the center of the universe, the greater this discrepancy becomes.

This is the simplest way of putting a Gemini Beacon on a target; you don't need to get close with the Gemini Lash or try to lead a target with the Smart Rocket. It is, however, the most obvious way. The weapon fires a bright green laser with a distinctive sound that should be recognizable to anyone who's played through the first galaxy.
